I’m a versatile personal trainer, however, my main focus and what I specialise in coaching, breaking down details of lifestyle such as nutrition, water intake, activity levels and how to fit training into busy lifestyle patterns, guiding clients to get their dream physique.
I am a men’s physique competitor, I truly believe to be a coach to clients who want to compete or do an extreme diet phase for a show, photoshoot etc, you have to have gone through the process yourself to fully understand the process and what it takes to get to that level of condition etc. I’ve got 5 years experience in this industry, so I fully understand the process and can support my clients where needed throughout their journey.
I am qualified in nutrition and hydration, as an online coach and as a Level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer.
